1. Plume can now directly manage shareholder records, transaction tracking, dividend distribution, and fund management for tokenized securities on-chain.
This means that the tokenization of real-world assets (like real estate, bonds, or artworks) can be conducted more efficiently and transparently, without relying on traditional intermediaries to carry out these processes.
2. As one of the few blockchain infrastructures with SEC approval, Plume will significantly accelerate the process of bringing trillions of assets on-chain.
Under normal procedures, this could take years, but with the license obtained, Plume may shorten this to months or even days.
