There's a new path for building biotech companies called decentralized science (DeSci).
We realize many might not know what this path looks like, what it means or why it matters so @0xsmac and I @CompoundVC have put together a playbook giving scientists, operators, and builders a path for understanding why and how to build in DeSci.
Some highlights:
More funding > funding from $2.3 trillion market cap of bitcoin vs. $776 billion market cap of Eli Lilly
Solve cold-start data collection problems > you can coordinate global teams through tokens
Build in weird areas > you're not beholden to having to appease old guards of biotech.
You can get your radical ideas funded and built in DeSci.
